On July 1, 2003 Northern Improvement Company acquired the assets of Asphalt Paving  & Supply, Inc., Earth Products Concrete & Materials, LLC and Flintstone Industries, Inc. in Prescott Valley, Arizona.  These businesses consisted of asphalt paving, gravel sales and ready mix concrete.  The operations were combined and a new corporation was formed December 31, 2003 by the name of “Asphalt Paving & Supply, Inc.” as a wholly owned subsidiary of McCormick Incorporated.
