The Dickinson Office was originally Meyer Construction Company,

 which was founded in 1963, and acquired by Northern Improvement Co. 

in late 1980.  Meyer Construction established the first stationary 

asphalt concrete plants in Western North Dakota.  

Meyer Construction dissolved in 1984, and is now the 

Dickinson division of Northern Improvement Co.
